Does anyone here have a tropical fish tank? I have a question... | |

This destroys the reefs and the fish. You might be able to put a small divider between the eggs and the rest of the tank until they hatch, then let Darwin take over. |

They were purchased from a heathery in the USA not wild caught. |

Half die on the spot... |

I'd still try to segregate the eggs in the same tank, unless you have a small 5 gallon spare or something. Unless you plan to sell the hatchlings, then use a different tank. |

Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 47197966 United States 10/20/2013 01:06 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Just FYI for other fish people out there. I've had tanks most of my life and got my fish at the store like other hobbyist do. However, I happened to be on ebay about a month ago and saw they sell live fish and plants. Prices were reasonable, sellers had great ratings, and live guarantee delivery. All breeders within the USA. I'd never ordered fish before but took the chance. What I can say, every fish arrived healthy, fat and happy and in beautiful color. Better then what I find at local stores. Out of the 5 rams purchased within the month 4 now have paired and spawned, which to me is a testament to their Heath. Just thought I'd put that out there for any other fish people. |

Some will survive, and then eat their own kids. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 34982889 I have lots of plants in all the tanks and went out and got baby fry food. Just hope I do this right. I'd hate to feel like a baby fry murderer...lol |
