Based on this afternoon's model guidance, #Florence will likely make landfall somewhere on the US East Coast mid-next week. Where exactly that occurs is still unknown but the guidance currently favors the Carolinas. Have a hurricane plan in place and prepare now.

A few days ago you and someone were talking about liquid vitamins. My wife just asked me about them...what kind do y'all recommend?

These are the ones I've been taking recently. 2 tablespoons of each per day/night.

Do you take the morning one with food? I always take all my vitamins etc. at night, because I don't eat in the morning and in the past taking certain things in the a.m. would make me feel ill. I also prefer liquid versions of anything when possible, so I'm interested to try these. They even include stuff most multivitamins don't that I am taking on the side - MSM and magnesium.
 Quoting: KickinIt

Honestly, there's been days that I haven't eaten anything at all and still took both the morning and night versions with no problems. And I have belly issues so that's a good sign.

The morning vitamin suggests (on the bottle) that if you have belly problems to start with just 1 tablespoon per day and work your way up to 2 per day. Surprisingly, I have had no problems with either, whether on an empty stomach or after eating. I never eat in the morning so I always take the morning one on an empty stomach.

The morning one is a bit (lot) thicker than the nighttime one. I gag over everything and haven't gagged taking it even once. : )

Possibly something to note if you do buy the morning vitamins is that I had forgotten to take it one morning and ended up taking it kind of late at night, before I had purchased the nighttime one, and I was awake for quite a while. Whether or not it's related, I don't know, but it is supposed to give you energy so I believe it was related. I'd stick to taking it when you wake up or early afternoon to avoid an energy burst late night lol. That's just my personal experience though. : )

Aurora Frontside, Backside Spots: Solar Storm Forecast 09-07-2018

The first of two chances for aurora is upon us now as the first of two coronal holes we will encounter this week has rotated into the Earth-strike zone. Aurora photographers should be thrilled, as we have multiple chances for light shows at high latitudes and a good possibility for brief aurora down to mid-latitudes. Radio propagation remains poor due to the spotless Sun, but active regions on the Sun's backside hint that a reprieve may be coming in about two weeks.
