Thing that makes this odd is the fact it is so near the rain shield... going to be a cheap shot at an already reeling NC |

Look at those quakes today! Makes one wonder what's following. Knees are freaking weak ass pieces of shit today. Can't walk worth crap. This happens, but has never happened to this extent. Mostly due to fatigue due to going at PT every day, day in and day out to improve. It's so discouraging. UGH. I wish I could just experience normal for 24 hours, then I can come back to this and move forward. Sigh. So frustrating. Hope everyone else is having a great week. Good night. So tired. Quoting: CuriousSeeker I'm wondering if the fatigue in this case is positive. You're working very hard at PT, and that should make you tired. I think it means it's working! |

When you play this video stop the video every 20 seconds or so and look at the damage. Think about this that the Air Base is engineered to survive almost anything and look at the carnage of the buildings and missing steel roofs. Let that sink in about what it will cost to rebuild this US Air Force base. Quoting: joinca That upside down jet! Good lord you're right, that alone is going to cost a fortune to rebuild. It's really a disaster down there, I can't imagine what it was like for people to ride this one out in the hard hit areas, like Mexico Beach. |

Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Re: Earthquake Thread ~ Always Updated*5.2 Alaska ~ Pg 20423 Stumbles in and waves at the EQ crowd... Nothing much to report on the work front, other than hectic times and people looking for answers from the invisible ones in the top. Answers that I know will come in about two weeks. I must have spent approx 36 hours alone in talks motivating colleagues, telling them we can only focus on the things we can control, showing "them" wrong by giving our all and more in those things we are best at, which we prove daily. That we will be the survivors in the end, in whatever form that might be. Find strength in our weakest moments. I must admit, it is quite draining, emotional, tears pushing, talking from the heart for hours, with passion, knowing the doubts and uncertain future. But to notice that people pick up on it, like today, when everything to was heading to go wrong, got back on track through positive energy and focus, is the best boost of energy ever. A feeling of pride, not only with me, but those who accomplished it as well. A feeling that we can overcome anything. If only for this moment. This moment is what counts. Tomorrow is for later. I am not naive. Of course there will be bad times once the decisions are made. Worries about finances, family, age, work. Anger. Feelings of injustice. All I can say is that there will always be a future and that it is better to face that future head on, in the knowledge that you mastered storms before, to trust your skills and that rather sooner than later things will work out. As long as you focus on the things you can control, stand in life with confidence and belief in who you are and what you represent. Through that you beam positive energy that gets noticed and before you know, after you have given it all time and a place in your mind and heart, that next door opens. And who knows, maybe after a while you tell yourself that you should have taken that step long ago. This "mezzage" is not just for the people in my company. I know many struggle with it, also on here. Those of you who know me a bit better, know I speak from the heart, go all in. I hope reading it gives a bit of extra courage to face the challenges we face. You know you can! We'll be alright. Apologies for the long message. It's been an tense week. And it's the curse of writing. One more day! Love, safety and peace of heart to all! *end of InterMezzo broadcast**vaporizes* Quoting: InterMezzo You would be a great boss/supervisor. Your positive energy helps me and others here often, I can only imagine having a boss like that. I'm glad you got to see the impact you're having on people there.
