Just reconfiguring my room, computer space, and new computer. New tables. New just about everything. Not a bad deal. Just a lot of work.
Just wish I knew 100% what was going on with my job situation. If they want to fire me just fire me dammit.
My anniversary passed not with a wimper, not with a bang. Just another day. Oh, well. At least I'm still there.
Quoting: CuriousSeeker Hope you like your new set up. I'm confused why you are thinking you're going to be fired?? Unless I missed something. I don't recall anything having happened to lead to a firing. Plus, didn't you just have your annual review and you said it went really well? Quoting: KickinIt New setup is quite awesome. My annual review went well. Too well, actually. The middle manager now appears to be threatened. He has given me all the bull shit grunt work (stuff usually delegated to interns at agencies) while him and his political “pet” get all the good, easy stuff. And at just about every department meeting since has taken a chance to show his “superiority” to me by magically changing goal posts that should have been defined at the beginning of the project. Basically, underhanded and below-the-radar shit like that which would put me on the spot and give him a green light to fire me if I talk back and call him out on such BS. |

The number 1 generally signifies new beginnings and the start of a cycle. It is time to leave the past behind, forge ahead on a new path, and embrace the new you.
It also represents individuality, confidence, and leadership. If you see recurring 1s it may also mean that you are being asked to embrace your individuality and be confident in your choices along your path. The number 1 is a number of creation. You are being asked to focus on your life purpose and to create the change that you wish to see in the world... [ link to soultruthgateway.com (secure)] And now I am gone. So, I am seriously considering starting a job search shortly. I really think I should go back to agency work and stay there. At least I would typically be in charge of all my own projects and have my own say in how they are run.
