Yes, it was a lot! But since we don't post all the 2's (other than "unique" ones) that allows me to bypass a lot. Hopefully it's going to quiet down a bit, I did see a lot more 2's this morning. Although I don't know that I've ever had to go back so many pages in the morning, except maybe after Japan. There have been a lot of aftershocks, and many of them a decent size.

I felt their fear when they saw that coaster going up the hill with all those people. I can't imagine why they didn't stop the ride, it had been shaking for at least 30 seconds. Unless that hill wasn't the beginning of the ride. Maybe that was towards the end and they had been on the ride for the duration and they couldn't stop it mid-ride.

Let's also not forget the La Brea tar pits leaking onto the streets phenomena that was observed over the past few weeks.

Indicating great seismic pressure happening below.

To know where your heart is, look where your mind goes when it wanders.

A rock in bad hands killed Abel. A rock in good hands killed Goliath. It isn't about the rock.

A true warrior fights not because he hates the one in front of him, but because he loves those behind him.

I don't think they would let a person over 75 years old on that thing. Just the ride itself would be my undoing for sure. Add the earthquake swaying the damned thing, and it would be off to Whispering Pines home for the very very nervous if I did make it through. Depends are your friend.

I'm hoping the riders had no clue what was happening. If the ride started before/when the quake hit, they may not have known. If they were aware, I would've been screaming "stop the ride!!" at the top of my lungs. I would've been the crazed, panicked lady.

You might've passed out from fear, like people do on those slingshot rides, lol. I would've had to hold onto you until you woke up so you wouldn't flop around and hurt yourself.
