I wasn't aware of that, but funny you should mention it. One night on my trip we all went out for a nice dinner, and I ordered a plain baked potato! It was the only thing I felt I was safe for me to eat.

I have long thought that when our bodies crave certain things, it's telling us what it needs. I occasionally have unusual cravings for things I don't normally drink/eat, and when I do I figure it's because my body is needing a certain nutrient or vitamin. Same thing when we are sick, our bodies sometimes tell us what will heal it.

No, I have not gotten the aloe gel yet but it's on my list!

The 'busy season' this year at work has been extremely intense and has left me with zero energy. That was the celery juice downfall. :( I have to get back to doing it!

Things should be slowing down at work a little bit soon. Hopefully that will help with this overwhelming fatigue. It's brutal. Absolutely brutal to have no energy, be in pain literally everywhere head to toe, and have to push through daily life like nothing is wrong. That alone is exhausting. It's challenging lately. I don't have the energy to do my daily normal tasks (but push through as mentioned). I have nothing left to give to anything extra, even something as simple as my precious celery juice.

If I had 3 wishes, one of them would be that my house had a bathtub! I'm cursed (lol) with a stand up shower only. A warm bath, especially with Epsom salts, would feel so good. When work slows down for my other half he is going to work on our main bathroom and build a custom bathtub/shower combo. It'll be a while, but knowing that it's coming is helpful haha!

A cold bath would probably send me into some sort of shock. My body temperature is so out of whack. Recently, when I get too cold I start shaking, like tremoring. Sometimes others notice it even before I do.

I just purchased this book and it arrived today. I'm looking forward to reading it! The author was a nurse until she got fibromyalgia. The book has great reviews and there were only a few available when I ordered. There's supposed to be a wealth of information in it with lots of research from this nurse/fibro sufferer. Should be an interesting perspective and may offer some relief.

Another close match is ice-covered Reclus in southern Chile (above). We don’t know a lot about this volcano — heck, it was only recognized as a separate volcanic system about 30 years ago! We know it has produced some large explosive eruptions but its eruptive history before the mid-1800s has not been explored in much detail. However, based on the type of lava it erupts, it could clearly be capable of producing a massive eruption in the past.
