Take nice long epsom salt baths,,,couple cups salts in hot water, just sit in there and read. The magnesium and sulfur enter the body through the skin... Strain out cloves and cinnamon stick. Turn off heat. Add 1 cup raw honey and: 1/8 teaspoon oregano oil 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon grapefruit seed extract 1/4 teaspoon four thieves oil (you can get on e-bay, it's a mix for four herbs. Dose: take 4 teaspoons a day if you have the flu or cold. Wow Arnie - that's quite a potent antiviral/antibacterial potion! If I can find the dried elderberries, I may make some.
