I needed to look it up for an upcoming gathering, so I thought I'd share in case any of you are cabbage/slaw fanatics like myself. For what it's worth, I subbed honey for the maple syrup (it's what I had). Also went a bit lighter on the oil (closer to 1/4c) and used 1 bag of pre-shredded coleslaw (w/the red cabbage and carrot mixed in). Although the amount of cabbage in the bag was not the 10c called for in the recipe, I made the dressing as it states and kept a bit on reserve for those who wanted to add xtra.
