I also caught (what I hope was) Starlink last night. Watched it for almost an hour going in the sky. Saw a lot of people on Twitter and here posting about it thinking it was aliens. Saw about 50 or more lights flying the same distance behind each other, one after the other. Super cool to catch. My friend in Phoenix caught it the night before.

The only thing freaky about it was that before I saw that, there were two lights side by side overhead, above my house that moved due east at the same speed. They weren't in front and behind each other like Starlink, so that freaked me out a little.

I bet it is cool. And I saw the thread you're talking about where someone thought it was aliens. Every time starlink is spotted somewhere another thread pops up :)

Add a zero to that 50 and maybe we'll believe them.

New Zealand locked down before it had a single death. It has tested like crazy (15,000+ per million). It never accepted herd immunity or that ‘many loved ones will die’. And look at its graph.

We ordered delivery from our favorite local Tex-Mex restaurant (gotta keep this place open!).

omg..

We've been eating at home for the most part for 6 weeks now and my lovely wife is a fantastic cook, but..omg.

It was heavenly

Absolutely wonderful.

We pigged TF out.

May need a nap.

Here's to this stay-at-home shit being over.

cheers

Yum, I always enjoy some good Tex-Mex. It's definitely nice to eat out (or order in) once in a while no matter how good of a cook any of us are. I'm actually excited to eat a salad tonight! Since I'm not going to the grocery as regularly, I've missed not always having certain produce on hand. Salad, in particular. I shopped yesterday and I got a few different types of lettuce so no matter what else I eat this week I'll be having salad along with it.

Enjoy your food coma!

Produce, surprisingly, has been very common here. I was wondering if the supply chains were just better for produce or whether it was just that not as many folks eat it.

I have, lately, had a fascination with Balsamic vinegar..making vinaigrettes ...mmmm...love the stuff.
Lotsa salads and weird Balsamic glazes lately.

I hope you enjoy your salad!

I haven't had any problems finding produce of any kind, I'm just not going to the grocery as often. And some produce, like lettuce, doesn't last too long. There were also weeks I went to the store but had other food plans and salad didn't factor into them, so I didn't get any. Add all that together, and it's been a some weeks since I had a good salad! I also got a huge, gorgeous, very ripe pineapple that I can't wait to cut into. Oh man it looks so good.
