Everything you are planning will work out and will bring you the balance you are looking for and deserve so much my dear. I am one hundred percent convinced of that. What? One hundred percent?Make that a thousand percent.

You are the best.

I know for a fact that throughout your life you have climbed many steep mountains and you conquered them all Sim. Let's not forget that the past years have been extremely intense as well in so many areas of your life. A roller coaster with good and bad emotions, yet still very intense. It is only logical that at some point it would build up like this. Just as logical as it is that we sometimes need others to make us seee that something extra needs to be done about it.

I am a true advocate of support through unconditional love, motivation and encouragement and let people know they are never alone, but sometimes we need a little extra artificial or professional help. Taking that step is never easy, because we often see that as weakness in ourselves. Yet there is nothing weak about it. It is a true sign of strength. So be proud of yourself for taking that step.

You know, you are still young. You got the best of life still ahead of you. You found the best guy in the world with Nef and he found the best girl in the world with you. And you have your beautiful daughter Mini who loves you and has your back, a great mom and dad and even Miss Blissy plays her role in it.

Anxiety is not something we can put a time sticker on or give an instant doctor's prescription for and be done with it. It takes time. In Holland we say: "An elephant can only be eaten in small bites." Baby Steps Program (BSP.) So don't let it rush you. With the love, support and understanding you have around you, at home, within your family and here and with your own determination and will power, you will get there and conquer this mountain as well. No doubt in my mind about it.

And you know I am always in your corner. Proud and blessed to be calling you my dear friend Moon Girl and always only a quick text or message away.

I know, I am always taking to many words to say what I want to say. But you got this girl. You freakin' rock!

You too can be so proud of yourself TB. We can beat ourselves up for staying in Dodge too long and that we should have taken decisions sooner, but often it is beyond our power. The circumstances we are in, the people that surround us, discouraging us, offering no support at all.

What is much more important is that you did take the steps to change your life. You took the initiative, put trust in someone other than your family. That takes a lot of courage.

And look where you are now. That is what matters. The things you did, not the things you didn't do. And you even speak a few Dutch words in the process.

Yes, you for sure can be proud of yourself. You are beautiful. Much love and hugs to Texas.
