My snow rake for the roof arrived today, as expected. But the snow blower just got here too! Woo hoo! Wasn't expecting that until Tuesday or Wednesday.

Nice. I live in apartment so everything's taken care of. It's snowing pretty good here in Arlington - about 2 inches of buildup on top of what we already had.

I'll tell ya, I am missing my apartment right now! I plan on moving in about 4 years and I will NOT be buying another house. I'm getting a condo for sure!

Hey Simple 27!
I know you are busy...but check out the green-pinned thread
I'm hosting today on "NAME THE NEXT STORM"....thought I
would give our GLP folks a stab at putting an incredibly
creative name to the next storm! I mean, we can certainly
do better than "Polar Vortex!"
Also...there are a couple of wind maps posted with the
thread (first paragraph of page 1) that show some
very powerful wind patterns over the Atlantic ocean right
now. I even predicted that there would be ANOTHER
North Mid-Atlantic Ridge quake because of the pressure
on the plates, and sure enough--you posted one for
the Ridge.
[link to earth.nullschool.net]
Things certainly seem to be very strange right now.
Both quakes and weather are going bat-shit crazy.
Coincidentally ONLY DAYS after that 1,000,000 KM long
solar filament was earth facing for several days last
week. Snaasa said it didn't release...but I believe if
it actually didn't release earth-facing, it has NOW
released on the back-side of the sun and that may be
what's driving the quakes and weather.
We'll never get a straight answer on it--they didn't
even "lower themselves" to give us an up-date on what
actually happened to the million-mile-long filament.
They just DROPPED IT COLD! (Seems odd.)
Heads-up...more is coming up1
cheers

Well that completely sucks.

No bowling clinic today or next Saturday because of the USBC Tournament going on (not being televised). So that means that I can't do the clinic for two weeks :(

So I tried another alley close to my house. But it totally sucked. I was so afraid of slipping befause of how slippery it was on the approach I didn't do very well.

Completely and utterly sucked. Really bad day so far :(

Simple - Yeah. It will likely help take the edge off. Great idea!!! :)

I am still coming down from the high level of fuming all the way home, and hitting every red light and a bunch of other people blocking my way through various turns and other what-have-you...sorry...I don't do too well when I'm fuming and there are road blocks.

Luckily, though, I can hide it when I need to and I don't let it impact other people when it's not their fault.
