Grrrrrrrrrr. Ya know I've been thinking...about the bull shit that was my last job...
1. I finally got paid earlier this week for contract work that I did for them over a month ago. I had filled out the invoice created by the person in charge there the day I completed the work, so there was nothing that I hadn't done that needed to be done. It was supposed to be submitted on 3/31, like it always is. I figure I'm gonna get my check come around the week or so after April 1st. So April 5th rolls around. No check.
I had to specifically get IN TOUCH with the fucker that now has MY JOB there to get him to send me my check. He said he will have it cut today. It wasn't done. Monday of this week rolls around - still no check. Then I followed up again, he said he "submitted it" -- wait a fucking second (I thought) I thought you got it cut last week? I have full texts of everything that has transpired as proof of his lying ass.
2. Then, my check "mysteriously" shows up in my mailbox without a postage stamp or anything. So the fucker likely brought it by and just put it in my mailbox. Isn't that a federal offense?
3. So I have to go through 90 day probation *AGAIN*??? Yet some fucker who is a lying thieving jerkoff who comes into work every day 15 minutes late, never stays late, ignores everything I say, openly creates a hostile work environment towards me by not doing stuff I tell him to do, doesn't help when he's asked to unless the director above me steps in, and lies his ass off saying he did something when he didn't gets to keep his job AND gets fucking PROMOTED?
And *I* am the one who: routinely stayed late by several hours to get work done that needed to be done withOUT getting paid overtime, introduced new ideas, created new manuals with these new ideas, affected change in the organization with everything that needed to be done to bring it up to speed, ALWAYS showed up to work on time, ALWAYS worked my ASS off, and *I* have to go through a 90 day probation again?
It's just...it boggles the mind. Sorry. Just got pissed off there for a second. Don't mind me. Sorry about my French as well.
