Update....

I called the school to let them know what happened yesterday and the vice principal wasn't surprised at all when I told her who it involved. She actually guessed who it was before I told her.

Also, crazy mom sent me a message on FB. Denying that she did anything other than telling my daughter to leave her daughter alone. Straight up lying. We've exchanged some words and this delusional, immature bitch wants to just keep it going. *Note - I have been very mature with my replies to her. No cursing or anything. Firm and to the point, and not threatening. I'm not stupid. I wouldn't threaten her online. But I don't see this ending well. She was given the opportunity to act like an adult and she didn't take it.

Sooooo.....

rumble we'll see what happens next.

well done....better not to add fuel to the fire....let her go to crazy land all alone....5a

same as whats happening today?

The Dalton Minimum was a period of low solar activity, named after the English meteorologist John Dalton, lasting from about 1790 to 1830[1] (solar cycle 4 to solar cycle 7). Like the Maunder Minimum and Spörer Minimum, the Dalton Minimum coincided with a period of lower-than-average global temperatures. During that period, there was a variation of temperature of about 1°C.[2]

The precise cause of the lower-than-average temperatures during this period is not well understood. Recent papers have suggested that a rise in volcanism was largely responsible for the cooling trend.[3]

While The Year Without a Summer, in 1816, occurred during the Dalton Minimum, the prime reason for that year's cool temperatures was the highly explosive eruption of Mount Tambora in Indonesia, which was one of the two largest eruptions in the past 2000 years

It's a relatively small NP as NP's go. One can drive through it in short order. Very immaculate - a groomed forest, which is very unique. Sometimes the smoke is from burns. Back in my college days we use to crawl into the lava cave/tubes there.. shhh!

A Sequence of Three Main Shocks in 1811-1812

[link to earthquake.usgs.gov]
 Quoting: noahsdad

A Robust Aftershock Sequence for each Main Shock
The first principal earthquake, M7.5, occurred at about 2:15 am (local time) in northeast Arkansas on December 16, 1811. The second principal shock, M7.3, occurred in Missouri on January 23, 1812, and the third, M7.5, on February 7, 1812, along the Reelfoot fault in Missouri and Tennessee. The earthquake ground shaking was not limited to these principal main shocks, as there is evidence for a fairly robust aftershock sequence. The first and largest aftershock occurred on December 16, 1811 at about 7:15 am. At least three other large aftershocks are inferred from historical accounts on December 16 and 17. These three events are believed to range between M6.0 and 6.5 in size and to be located in Arkansas and Missouri. This would make a total of seven earthquakes of magnitude M6.0-7.5 occurring in the period December 16, 1811 through February 7, 1812. In total, Otto Nuttli reported more than 200 moderate to large aftershocks in the New Madrid region between December 16, 1811, and March 15, 1812: ten of these were greater than about 6.0; about one hundred were between M5.0 and 5.9; and eighty-nine were in the magnitude 4 range. Nuttli also noted that about eighteen hundred earthquakes of about M3.0 to 4.0 during the same period.
