I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure potatoes from Oregon, Washington and Idaho aren't GMO. No reason to be. It's a clean potato and no soap residue if rinsed well. It's not like soaking them in it for hours. I bake them with no foil on them, get a hard shin, scoop out the potato, put butter and salt in the skin and enjoy. I think it's the greatest way to eat a potato! |
