'Dressed' Laser Aimed at Clouds May be Key to Inducing Rain, Lightning The adage “Everyone complains about the weather but nobody does anything about it,” may one day be obsolete if researchers at the University of Central Florida’s College of Optics & Photonics and the University of Arizona further develop a new technique to aim a high-energy laser beam into clouds to make it rain or trigger lightning. Water condensation and lightning activity in clouds are linked to large amounts of static charged particles. Stimulating those particles with the right kind of laser holds the key to possibly one day summoning a shower when and where it is needed. I was on Oahu when the Japan earthquake hit, went to the center of the island, watched the feeds from all the harbors and marinas, the water dragged out a good bit, but no doom happened there. Ugh, all hopes of sleeping just went out the window... So I just now opened my mail from today and I got my most recent blood test results back. My sed rate and full thyroid function panel tests were normal. I don't know what sed rate is. Maybe something to do with lupus (that was something my doctor was concerned about). But my CRP level was "quite high." This doesn't look so great. Quoting from the results... Full Range CRP: 10.2 mg/L
Reference Ranges for Cardiac Risk Assessment:
< 1.0 mg/L Low risk for future cardiovascular events
1.0-3.0 mg/L Moderate risk for future cardiovascular events
> 3.0 mg/L High risk for future cardiovascular event
Reference ranges for assessment on non cardiac inflammatory, infectious or neoplastic Disorders:
< 5.0 mg/L Negative
5.0 or Greater mg/L AbnormalPap was normal and skin biopsy is pending. She said we will discuss the skin biopsy further at my appointment this Thursday morning. Wtf is doing this to my heart?! : ( This scares the shit out of me. And her suggestion based on my CRP level is for me to have a Rheumatology consult. She wrote for me to call that doctor's office to make an appointment for "Autoimmune disorder." A rheumatology consult??? I really don't think this is being handled properly, but I'm not a doctor. But I AM a very scared person afraid of wasting time to go see a rheumatologist when my risk of a cardiovascular event is THAT high! F*cking doctors! Lazy ass workers these days, even our doctors! Just trying to pass their work onto someone else, meanwhile I'm probably gonna have a f*cking heart attack!!!! ~*Ride the Wave*~ |

If you feel the urgency, don't let pencil pushing hold you back. Go to ER to try to get whatever more tests that can get done! From the little research I just did, the rheumatologist may atleast know where to begin in diagnosing and treating a problem involving CRP because it seems the actual protein deals with inflammation, and that may then have a underlying musculoskeletal or circulatory problem. I can see the link but your health isn't something to guess on :( I hope whatever it is, gets resolved. I'll be sending good energy your way |

She thought itd be super high because I drink a lot of coffee; I had actually drank a good few cups over the time she was over haha.. but apparently I was almost dead the whole time! If anything, what I've learned is it never hurts to get another medical person involved... run the test results by them and see their take... The care I got in Idaho was way different then Denver, the doctors here seem to be on their game and I'm thankful stuffs getting figured out. Nevermind the 3 inch stack of past medical records, as I was a guinea pig for the longest time... I wish I could have gone to someone else for a second opinion back then...
