So 1,000 IU per day would be good?
That's what I was taking before, but my bottle ran out. I was wondering if I should get the same or up it to 2,000 IU.
I KNOW that I am D deficient.
Quoting: Simple27 I take 1000IU daily and it's 250% of the min daily requirement Quoting: ~Jazzy~ This. Quoting: CuriousSeeker Yep. There's really no sense in taking more since the body just casts off anything more than it needs. You're literally throwing it down the toilet..lol To know where your heart is, look where your mind goes when it wanders.

Earthquake offshore of Japan shakes crippled Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant [ link to temblor.net] Quoting: joinca Fortunately this quake was not large enough to cause any new damage to the reactor, which is expected to take at least four decades to dismantle. Two of the reasons why no damage occurred is because the quake was offshore and at a depth of 35 km, meaning only light shaking was felt in populated centers of Iwaki (Pop: 357,000) and Fukushima (Pop: 294,000). The USGS PAGER system estimates that should there be any economic losses, they will remain extremely minimal.~*Ride the Wave*~ |
