Sorry if already posted...

Scientists discover 91 volcanoes below Antarctic ice sheet

Scientists have uncovered the largest volcanic region on Earth – two kilometres below the surface of the vast ice sheet that covers west Antarctica.

The project, by Edinburgh University researchers, has revealed almost 100 volcanoes – with the highest as tall as the Eiger, which stands at almost 4,000 metres in Switzerland.

Geologists say this huge region is likely to dwarf that of east Africa’s volcanic ridge, currently rated the densest concentration of volcanoes in the world.

Well, tomorrow I go in for a heart stress test. Have had before so not worried about it - if I can even do it. I am so short of breath right now with all the humidity and asthma that it should be interesting.

I am a little worried though. I mean I didn't expect A-Fib, so what else might be found - like a blockage.

Anyone who believes, a few prayers thrown my way would be appreciated. If there is something wrong, let them find it. If they do, let it be minor. Nothing major please

Big sigh......

My doctor didn't seem too concerned with the lump itself, but she did run some blood work to make sure there's nothing going on internally.

My blood pressure was very high. She was more concerned about that. Prescribed me some meds and we'll see how those work. She said she was glad I came in about the lump...before I had a heart attack. Her words, literally. Kinda scary.

I go back for a follow up in 2 weeks.

Ugh...was sitting here earlier checking reports and all of a sudden, my internet stopped working. But ONLY on my computer. Husbands worked. Tablet worked. UGH.

Rebooted the pc and everything seemed to come up EXCEPT for my monitor. It would not show anything. The only thing it did was blink the on/off button. So, I unhooked my husbands (hoping it was just my monitor and not the pc), plugged his into the base and viola...everything works.

So, $96 bucks poorer and using hubbys' monitor until Wednesday, I'm baaaack. (I hope)

[link to www.amazon.com (secure)]

I can't hardly wait either...his monitor SUCKS. But, at least it works so it's Grrrreeeaaaat! I'd still like to know why the net quick working though....weird.
