Are we drinking on a tuesday?

I could certainly use one tonight.

Stepped into a damn groundhog hole and think my ankle is broken . Lolol unreal

Certainly looks broken.

It can still walk on it with a slight limp. But I've broken foot bones and could walk without too much pain in the past.

Damn groundhogs!

I sprained and broke the same ankle a few years ago. It looked just like that. When you're resting, keep it elevated. That will keep blood from pooling so much and relieve some of the pressure.

When it heals, it's going to be tight so you have to work on stretches to regain full mobility.

After you feel that you've been on crutches long enough, I'd use a cane for about a week. (use the cane on the opposite side of the injury and move it as you move the injured foot for stability and to put less pressure on the hurt foot.)

I'm serious about the physical therapy aspect though. That tightness is annoying until you stretch it back out.

Hey man thanks for the post. Yeah i've had to go through physical therapy for previously sprained ankles, i know that tightness you speak of, it is damn annoying.

Just give me an cane with an orange top hat and tux, and i'll make gimping look good

The quakes in Colorado and New Mexico are both in odd places. There were 3 quak s I Colorado yesterday or was it the day before? Anyway, those were also in an off area. All 5 quakes were west of the Rockies is that means anything.

I’m thinking something might me coming. Just seems like a precursor to a big one further west. Time will tell

I appreciate the offer bro. I just found a spot that sells boots for just over 100 so I'm gonna go grab one shortly. Worth forking the money over just to have it in case of future groundhog hole misadventures lol
