Here goes...

Long story short - I got a stern Wake up call just before my Birthday from one of my Dr’s (Surgical)which gave me a good kick up the arse , since then have completely changed my whole perspective on life and as a result I have joined a Slimming Group (Slimming World) and have never looked back , I have been Slimmer of the Month for all 3 months lol!!!

I haven’t been around GLP much but I’m lurking all the time ;-)

So proud of you Mattie! Two great accomplishments with both the booze and the weight. Both hard to do. Congrats! And I totally love that you are slimmer of the month for 3 months. That's classic! I hope all the other slimmers don't hate you for it :)

This little swarm of Czech Republic quakes is weird. Although not unheard of - they had a similar swarm in july last year - but still weird.

ETA: They've had 14 quakes today.

I noticed long ago that site often wasn't updated, so I quit following it. When it was kept up I kinda liked it, for the visual mostly. Granted, other sites have interactive maps, but for some reason I liked theirs the best.

I have never seen it not update like this. I usually check it several times a day. It now has been 11 hours.

I like the immediate map .. with the red dots that mean within the last hour. Also, when a large one occurs, one immediately sees that huge dot. I check other Sites as well.

If it's usually updated I'll try going there again. Once I got out of the habit, I forgot about it. But I agree, the red dots, the larger dots for the larger quakes. Something about that map that just makes it easy to see what's going on and what's new. Although I admit, the lady's voice that announces the quakes sometimes scared the crap out of me! I'd forget that site was pulled up and I'd be in the other room off doing whatever, and all the sudden I'd think someone was in my house.

Oil of oregano, four drops in a glass of water, add 3-4 drops of peppermint to offset the taste, swish in mouth then swallow once a day. Put afew drops of oregano on a paper towel, gause or cotton ball and keep in your cheek close to tooth. Oregano has great antibiotic properties, helped with a tooth when i was on vaca. Should help till dentist. Warning!! It is strong, avoid getting on lips.hf
