It is almost time for a drink. Vodka and get this, no seltzer water. I got me a bottle of cherry Dr. pepper, for a teat. I know I'm fat, but I don't have soda often. I don't know what's for dinner yet.
I might just have chips and salami.

Have a few in 24hr time frame and some Alka seltzer too. Then in between eat some crackers and chips. Of course if you feel up to it, some protein, like chicken. Some Motrin would be good now and then too.
