Thank YOU! Yes, I've had a really rough week as far as my sleep goes. Lots of stress this week from many angles.

Personal life stress issues have calmed down a tiny bit, which is good enough for me. Any life pressure relief is a good thing.

Happy it's Friday and I can sleep in tomorrow. : )

Isis...I smooth my energy field during my exhales through my crown as I am doing.my yoga work out. I mixed lavender essential.oil with water so that I can spritz myself as needed...especially in the evenings. You are right it really does help.
This evening...I can feel that anxious energy...very intense...ears shrill too. The anxious bugs me as I am a laid back person...so it is not something I have much experience with. I keep releasing it to the universe.

HI I'm, I think I know that anxious feeling you speak of. When it gets too much for me, I do that bath with the baking soda and sea salt. I think you've seen me post that before. It can sometimes take up to 20 minutes in the bath before the anxious feel subsides.
