From Dutchsinse's FB page (not posting link since FB links are frowned upon)
"A new larger deep earthquake has struck below the West Pacific in the Asthenosphere underneath Fiji.
The earthquake was a M5.2 at a depth of 332 miles (535km).
Usually we see follow up shallower larger earthquakes strike nearby (adjacent to) the deep earthquake epicenter.
The shallower earthquake(s) which strike after the deep movement are usually 1-2 magnitudes larger than the deep earthquake.
Thus, a M5.2 can produce up to a M7.2 in an adjacent area within a few days or less from the point of the deep earthquake."
