He must take Vit D3 with the K
Get him a Juul to vape. It is how I quit smoking cold turkey. Soon he will only vape a few times a day and much better than smoking. Please get him one tomorrow.
Hawthorn - make sure the cardiologist knows he is taking this as it can interact with heart meds. It is good and I take it for my A-fib!

His cardiologist prescribed him some nicotine patches, but I will grab a Juul as extra backup. This should be helpful and also a great idea, thank you! And I will mention the Hawthorn Blend at his appointment next week. Because now I will be going to his appointments. He likes to make light of things. He has a great spirit, but he needs someone to 'babysit' him when it comes to health. He hadn't seen a doctor in 20+ years when he moved here! I almost shit!
