The pressure in my head is tremendous...feels like it could rupture from the back. Fuck Chiari! That is all..   Hope you're feeling better today Mr. S. Thanks, but sadly, no. These flare-ups can last a week or more. Before the surgery they would last for months on end, so all in all, things are much better. Sorry you have to deal with this! It sounds so painful.
