You for sure need that extra month Sim. I know it is a tough situation to be in, but look at the past month, how much it helped you. Nef saying you look a whole different person. And you feel it yourself.

Going back to work now, with the holiday season and all as well, will only break your spirit and cause even more stress toward Christmas. A difference of day and night. In my opinion going back in January, you enter to more slow months, where it might even be good to be at work (whatever work that is.)

Of course I too believe that you should find another job, because you are connected to many other fields with the work you do. Your competences and talents make you qualified for so much more. Even if that would pay a little less, health and balance is worth much more than money can ever bring.

So find a way to stay at home this month, to enjoy and experience the holiday spirit to the fullest and then attack the job front again sweetheart.
