Is it just me or does it seem to me like the Coronavirus is the perfectly engineered bio weapon?

* Virus can live on surfaces more than twice as long as any other virus.
*Invisible to most detection methods.
*Can infect large groups almost instantaneously.
*Not detectable until the extremely long incubation period has passed.
*Virus can be carried and not show any symptoms until it's too late.

It seems like the attributes of a perfectly-engineered bio weapon to me.......
