Started what I hope will be a regular (or at least semi-regular) pattern of making/drinking fresh juices again. It certainly won't hurt any of us here in my household, but I may become annoying to them.

I've gotta get back into the grind of using my juicer. What an easy way to get multiple raw veggies/fruits into your system! I wish I never slacked when I was a little dedicated a while ago lol.

It's time again though. Praying for the strength to stay committed long time, this time. Permanently would be nice. :)

Gotta get healthier. All of us. We have a battle ahead.
