People do rave about it and I don't get it. We don't have them here, but once when I was in LA I went there. I never eat fast food but wanted to know what the hype was about. The burger was probably better than most other fast food burger joints, but IMO there was nothing spectacular about it at all. I feel the same way about Chic Fil A. Haven't eaten at one since I was in high school hanging out at the mall, and although they were good back then and I assume they are now, I just can't imagine waiting in that kind of line for a chicken sandwich. Every time I drive by one there is a huge line, no matter the time of day. It's not THAT great. I'd rather go to a good local deli with quality products and get a nice sandwich if I want something quick.
