BigD, congrats on the whopper turkey! You guys post the best videos and human interest stories. Thank you for such great contributions.
I’m making Turkey roulade this year. Butterfly a turkey breast and stuff it with the rest of the thanksgiving diner!

Traditional sides - stuffing, mashed potatoes/gravy, fresh cranberries, green bean casserole and Thanksgiving slaw. I decided to make a different dessert this year that's easy to scale back, since it's just 2 of us. I'm making individual pumpkin cheesecakes w/gingersnap crust using muffin tins. Here's the slaw recipe in case you or anyone else is interested. I think I shared this here last year. It was a new item last Thanksgiving and everyone loved it.
