Some good news over here. Mini's test results finally came in and were negative (again). Such odd timing with everything. Glad I held off on giving her ivermectin lol.

Bad news...one more of her friends from last weekend was positive. Got results today. That makes 3 total who were together last weekend and tested positive.

This variant seems to be crazy contagious.

It's spreading down here like gangbusters. Local county schools going virtual one after the next. My youngest's school is still in, but had to close for 2 days for cleaning.
He'll be virtual before long, I just know it.

Sorry you feel crappy. Interesting the other person you quoted is having an equally strong, yet different symptom. I have a real stiff neck but I'm pretty sure that's because I slept wonky!

Got hit with allergies, teary eyes, yesterday and it got a bit worse today. Sneezing so much that I might have a legit chance to enter the Guinness Book of Records (checking that as we speak.) With the throat ache as a cause of the sneezing and runny nose it seems to develop into a flu attack.

Did two COVID self tests today, but both came back negative at least. Taking elderberry syrup, chicken soup, all kinds of vitamins, honey and all that and trying to rest a lot, even though that is not easy for me, hoping this will be over in a few days at the latest.

At least no birthday party tonight in the JB or tomorrow with family. Well, sweetest takes longest I guess. But damn, so many posts about people going through illnesses these past weeks. It's about time we get some positive news again.

My Japanese daughter-in-law inherited polycystic kidney disease. Her father died at age 46 from it and her brother when he was 20. It has been in remission and the tumor had not grown for several years. She got the jab last spring, and now the damn thing is growing again. I can't help but think it's the spike protein causing this.

We watched San Andreas last night. Was telling my kids, that though it was sensationalized for good theatrics, that I always felt when a big one hit, it would trigger the whole West Coast. They looked at me like I was a nuts .... I told them, it is all about the evening out of pressure.
