UPS, FedEx and DSL just signed contracts to unload all those ships.
Husband just got word at UPS to be ready to work major overtime (yes we really need this money so a blessing).

Why the hell would anyone pay for priority if they aren't guaranteeing it to arrive any quicker than first class mail? Got screwed on that last year, when it WAS promised within a 3 day window, yet one of the boxes took 2 weeks (even worse than first class). Fucking scammers. Ridiculous! Husband told me one of the guys that he works with, his wife works at one of the Denver hospitals and they are out of sutures, food trays, bandages because of the shipping crisis.
When are we gonna learn we have to make that stuff here in the USA.Yep, we really screwed ourselves there. The thing is, when this all started the average American had no idea that almost everything is now made in China. I didn't really pay attention until they were shipping our chickens over there to be packaged and sent back to us. I knew it was bad but that really did it for me. I do my best to buy American now. Trouble is, we are seriously broke and American made is more expensive and that too is WRONG
