A really weird observation…

I haven’t had my left wrist lock up since I was about 23ish. And the tendon is full on swollen and I can technically move it, bit not without searing pain… pretty much the same thing when I say my neck is locked up.

So just a weird thing… no recent injury, so kind of fascinating to see if it lines up similar to my necks outburst.
