I just think of Sichuan rainbow clouds when I see something like that.These clouds appeared before devastating quake in 2008.Anyway thanks for clarification -this will help me a lot
Quoting: Groovy Pillar It's definitely happened before, so that's why it's good to pay attention if one is spotted. Personally, I feel like the oarfish tend to lead to quakes more often than these clouds. I could be wrong about that, but that's how it seems.
