I will have a trial day this coming Monday (to avoid the this or next discussion ) Sim, to get a feel about it and then I will start on Monday October 3rd with a week of introduction.

It is quite an irregular schedule. I will have some morning shifts from 07:30 am to 2 pm, afternoons from 2:30 pm to 9 pm and once every two weeks weekend shifts that are usually 5 hours per shift.

Basically I will work 3 days a week, 18 hours in total, but there is a lot of pressure also here on care workers, so it might sometimes be 4 days a week, depending on the available workforce.

I really look forward to it, especially since it is a field that I haven't worked in before. But the social aspect of it and working with the elderly people appeals a lot to me, so I hope I can be of added value there. : )
