Steak and Shake WTF

I haven't been to a Steak n Shake in years so wife ad I stopped by one about 10P last Sat night. We go in and wait to be seated, ya wait 10 minutes for the guy slowly cleaning tables to do his job, ok no problem finally seated.
16 minutes later waitress takes our order of double cheese burger and a bacon burger for me. 25 minutes later our waitress comes with the food and guess what? It's not the right food, not even close then she get argumentive with me saying she was there when I placed the order and blah blah blah and she says ok lets start the order over and gets ready to write. 55 minutes have clicked off now since we came in and we just got up and left, WTF?????

We went to Wendy's got immediately served by a friendly server at the counter and had a pleasant meal there. I'll go back to Wendy's for sure but F Steak N Shake!

Any In-N-Out Burger management folks that may be reading this we NEED you to expand into the midwest/east US...please! We need Double Doubles here too!!!!!!!!!
