Firstly to Love All the Nations, All the "Kin"`dreds,All the Tongues which are All the Peoples as YOU have LOVE for yourselves and entreat them as you would entreat yourselves...

And if YOU do Wickedness and Evil to them than that shall be your reward and also in doing so it shows YOU have no LOVE for YOURSELVES EITHER, therefor the LOVE of the Father is not in YOU...

Conscience level #3...

Persecute not YOUR oppressors, nor curse them but show them the Gentle Mercy of YOUR Father/Mother/Template, for in doing so YOU are acting upon "Conscience level #1 in its entirety...
