I captured this tonight on Siesta Key beach in Florida

Also, didn't watch the whole thing, 17 minutes is a bit long to look at a twinkling dot even if it is the best footage so far, but did you point your camera at Venus during this video? Will be easier to convince some of the naysayers if you swing over to Venus and anything else this is being passed off as. I took a video of Venus, yes definately Venus, which showed it to cycle through the rainbow colors and appeared to pulse and create a type of aura/coma in the process. Whether this is due to atmospheric conditions or camera pecularities is difficult to ascertain, so yes we definately need to eliminate Venus from the observations because it's just too similar. bolded part is due to the camera. it is because it is trying to focus but cant. The colours are due to scintillation. That is normal, especially for stars colser to the horizon. We cant veryfiy what you uuhave filmed conclusively because there are no other stars or reference points. All we have to go on is your word that it is in a place that should not have any stars. Kudos on the vid though. I am interested in finding out more about this, i just dont think we can learn much from this particular video. If you catch it again, could you try panning out a bit and capturing other stars to help us pinpoint the location exactly?
