It is possible that america is now there as tbey are about to remove spent fuel rods from building 4. We all know mox fuel is in there and it may be that america is there to take possesion of it as its removed. ?
Seems very strange they would wait till now. America has been fully aware of the situation from the start. Why wait till now to help. I agree with you except on one topic. Nobody wants that fuel. Too unstable and those rods they are removing were already exposed once to the air and dried when the pool drained.Thats why they went hot in the first place. They won't be fucking around with the rods and moving them anywhere except on site. Very Close to where they are but more secure.
