Finaly someone captures this thing i have been watching this since july from northeast uk. I looked at this in my telescope its weird ad hell it moves changes shape and is covered in what looks like bubbling pladma. It terrified me gave me a real weird feeling like it new i was watching. Yes it has defo moved higher up but i see it every night and after a certain time its gone.
U can see the colour changing with ur naked eye.
