In Philadelphia area

This is strange, I've been viewing a very bright and out of place object low on the horizon but this one is to the southeast. I'm in eastern Pennsylvania. I ride my bike home from work at midnight and haven't been able to take my eye off of it. It "twinkles" like no other star in the sky and is huge.

When I got home last night I pulled up my planets app which has always been very accurate. I thought it may be Jupiter, but I don't think so. This object was located in a straight line down from Orion's Belt - follow the line of the belt down and it falls in perfectly low on the horizon. Jupiter was much further to the east according to the app and there was no object shown where this one was.

I'll try to get a video of it tonight. I've never seen something so bright in the sky.
