Just sayin'


What you might try to keep in mind is that some of us have had very profound and ongoing experiences our entire lives.

Looking at an oak tree is amazing, yes. But we are now being challenged to work on our meta-awareness.


I believe that experiencing profound awareness is nothing new to mankind. I accept at once that everyone has profound and ongoing experiences that can and do move and delight us. And whether transcendence occurs by seeing the power in a beautiful tree or at the moment of death (for instance) it can be transformative and is a shared human experience.

Encouraging others to understand, value and express the deeply spiritual moments we all share is possible and valuable. I challenge you to recognize and honor the uniqueness of each person's individual awareness.

Meta-awareness must be the recognition of our common connection with each other - is that right? If I see Vega in the sky and another sees the same object as a UFO or as a sacred head of broccoli for that matter, isn't it the experience of the divine awakening for each of us that we yearn?
