The man child has done his work and he gave his prophetic answer in Dan 8:13-14 to one of the two witnesses who asked the question:

Why cannot people be realistic and honest to themselves that foretold prophecies will one day certainly be there for all to realize it in the end, and hopefully not too late?

Now you understand how bad I am indeed, but why not since it is also clearly foretold that God's truth-speaking witnesses will be in most cases a too big chunk of reality for people to swallow. Most people will therefore prefer to end up in eternal utter darkness!
