Waterman is wiaterwashing you up sword, and you're definitely right on Elijah more than a Prophet is the witness with Lord Jesus is here as the great Anti-Christ.

Elijah is the Son of God who can baptized children of God the right to enter the Kingdom of God as son and daughter of God.

No one is greater than Elijah on Earth but those of the least in the kingdom of God is greater than Elijah.

And Lord Jesus had already entered the kingdom of God.

And you too shall enter the kingdom of God.

Thank you for your kind remarks MOR. Nevertheless, I would be remiss if I didn't address you concerning my thought on the subject of the least in the kingdom of God.

Jesus said, in scripture, in (Luke.7:28KJV.) That among those born among women there is no greater prophet than John the Baptist; but he who is least in the kingdom of God is greater than he.

Than in another verse (Mat.11:11KJV.) It states almost the same words verbatim except this time it says (the kingdom of heaven,) instead of (the kingdom of God) in the other verse.

Now my own personal beliefs and I am somewhat dogmatic on this subject, once the Lord revealed a more accurate meaning to me.

Is God seeking to give us a more accurate insight of Just who the two witnesses are. Not only that but what their positions will be. This is why God wished to include both the kingdom of God/heaven in the scripture to show us the vast authority they shall hold. For all scripture is given by the inspiration of God so both kingdom (God and heaven) verses are not there by chance.

Now the difference between the two kingdoms is one is an operational demonstration-al displays of powers/action/authoritarian and administrative duties. The other kingdom is an environmental/dwelling where many spiritual entities reside.

Now I am cognizant of/to the theory/speculation by some scholars/theologians/teachers that those greater than John are all those born-again after him. Yet, this could never be the case.

How could someone on their death bed with no previous record of doing any service toward the kingdom. Only on the other-hand murdered, pillage, and raped his victims. Be considered greater than John the baptist who apparently was greater than Moses and all other spiritual beings up to that point.

How would this be justifiable in the halls of heaven when Job, Daniel and all the Holy Prophets were sent to a lower setting arrangement in the kingdom. Below repentant murders, drunks and overall abusers of mankind. Just b/c they were consider the least in the kingdom; by the interpretation of some scholar/theologian. These things ought not to be and they are not. These men in the (generic-al) sense didn't understand the meaning of the least in the kingdom at all!

No these two verses are actually telling us who the two witnesses in the end days shall be. And from whose spirit they shall preside

You see Jesus told us that John was of that spirit of Elijah. Therefore, Jesus was informing us that Elijah came down from whence he once resided, and yet there remained one other, who also was there in that place. The heavenly realm; for both Elijah and Enoch was taken there in their flesh.

So it was Enoch who the Lord was referring to as being even greater than John. Why? Then did the Lord considered Enoch was the least. Consider as great as Enoch was in heaven, in the flesh surrounded by only spiritual beings of great power Enoch would have been consider the least among all the inhabits thereof.

Why wasn't John consider the least then also?...Because he no longer dwelt in heaven in the flesh but dwelt among the inhabits of earth at that time.

So then Enoch and Elijah will be the two prophets/witnesses for the end days. And Enoch shall be the greater of the two. And everyone who seeks to harm/help that prophet/witness will be fulfilling the Scriptures. If you have done it onto the least of these, you have done it unto me. And the other verse in Scripture. The least among you shall be the greatest.

Will Enoch and Elijah literally descend from heaven in the end days? No! of course not, but their spirits will reside in two who are to come forth from their Mothers womb. Their appearance will not matter whether male or female. These things were in the Fathers hands before the formation of this abode.

Hi S-wordlike,

In your estimation, why is there a need for God to send His Two Witnesses to the world?

I will refer you to waterman, on this subject matter. He gave the best explanation I have ever read on the subject. I don't know if it was his original thought process of the explanation concerning the subject or it was something he read and passed it on as his thoughts to other readers. I suspect the latter, but it doesn't matter who receives the glory, just so the explanation of the reason for it is known.

It had to do with something about Moses striking the rock more than once as God commanded. Thus, the necessity to bring forth the two witnesses for the end times.

Perhaps if you would ask Waterman about this he would respond. I do not believe my asking him would be well received, if you know what I mean. It's hard to tell which one of us he dislikes the most at this point, you or me....lol. Nevertheless, it is well worth reading the answer and very enlightening on this subject matter, if he would go over that again for us.
