Revelation 12 is a map showing us what things happen during the NT time period.
1) First we read about the true apostolic church which was a great wonder in heaven, i.e. on the true foundation of Holy Scripture thus being the heavenly Jerusalem here on earth.
2) What next happens was also a sign, but not a great wonder, for the great red dragon symbolizes the coming of the Antichrist and the total falling away from the apostolic truth, something Jesus warned about saying that there would come a night during which nobody is able to work (John 9:4).
Scripture reveals that that spiritual night would last for 42 prophetic months, that are 1260 years. This time period is described by the first 5 trumpets (Rev 8:7-9:1 and the first 5 seals (Rev 6:1-11). Because of the falling away of the apostolic church there was nobody (Rev 5:3) found in heaven on earth worthy to open the the book that had 7 seals.
3) But at the end of the time of the Antichrist God had decided to send his angel as foretold in Rev 7:2 from the rising of the sun (i.e. from the north according to Isa 44:25) with the seal of the llving God to bind satan as foretold in Rev 20:1-3. That is the reason why that angel or messenger is called Bands in Zech 11:14, for he is sent to bind the false doctrines satan has established on earth. Bands is the strong angel that comes down out of heaven with a little opened book is his hand, namely that with 7 seals, so therefore this angel is the Lord's coming in his true servant who is the man child in Rev 12:5.
Through this servant, the man child, Jesus comes spiritually to judge the antichrist and to be the anointed one of God in Psalm 2:2. Notice that according to Psalm 2:3 the kings and rulers on earth want to break the BANDS of God and His anointed one. This is what Zech 11:14 says. God is going to cut asunder the brotherhood between Israel and Judah, Israel symbolizing the fallen away church and Judah symbolizing the man child and that he seals as the angel in Rev 7:3.
In this way comes God's saving truth back to mankind while also judging all false so-called Christian churches on earth.
This is the start of God's kingdom on earth, which the new heavens and the new earth symbolizes in Isa 65:17. In this heaven and on this earth a child shall die a hundred years old according to Isa 65:20, a prophetic word that proves these things to take place on our earth, for in God's eternal and invisible heaven there will be no death, nor people who build houses.

This is among the stupid things he claims:
"When the 2 annointed arrive the age of grace will already be over ....the two anointed will rule the millennium"
What Waterman does is saying the opposite of what Rev 12 reveals, namely that first came the apostolic church, then next the great red dragon representing the foretold toal falling away. Then is the man child born, who symbolizes the spiritual coming back of Jesus through a messenger foretold to come from the rising of the sun in the north, which is what Zech 6:8 also reveals. That he comes from the rising of the sun in spite of coming from the north means that through him God reveals His true doctrine of faith and redemption, and that is the revival and not the end of God's age of grace, as Waterman falsely believes and teaches.
When the man child is born by faith in Holy Scripture God starts the war in heaven as foretold in Rev 12:7. In that way God starts REVIVING HIS WORK, NAMELY THE TRUE TEACHING AND FAITH OF THE APOSTOLIC CHURCH, as said in Hab 3:2:
"O LORD, I have heard thy speech, and was afraid: O LORD, revive thy work in the midst of the years (AFTER THE TIME OF THE ANTICHRIST), in the midst of the years make known; in wrath remember mercy (FOR GOD'S WRATH WILL DESTROY THE ANTICHRIST)."
When these things happen God's anointed will be upon God's holy hill of Zion according to Psalm 2:6). That this anointed stands on God's holy hill of Zion means that his foundation is firmly based on Holy Scripture. From that foundation the anointed will be a king who fights against all those who try to break the Bands asunder by which he is come to bind satan and his falsehood on earth according to Rev 20:2.
So, therefore, the grace of God comes at the end of the time period of the antichrist, so instead of being at an end as Waterman stupidly claims it will prosper and be the start of God's kingdom on earth. God's anointed is Jesu true spirit in a certain messenger who is called man child, for Jesus Himself is that messenger's life and spirit. That is why we can read in Hab 3:4 that in His hand the Lord had TWO horns coming out where the hiding of His power was. These two horns are the foretold to come true witnesses by who the Lord will fight falsehood, also Waterman's falsehood.
"And his brightness was as the light; he had horns coming out of his hand: and there was the hiding of his power." By their true teaching and faith in our only Lord they will be spiritually sitting on either side of Him, namely in the REGENERATION mentioned by Jesus in Matt 19:28.
The man child is therefore not one of the two witnesses but the Lord Himself who by His iron rod in His messenger described in Rev 10:1-6 will rule together with His faithful people over the antichrist and his fallacies.
Therefore, this is the true meaning set forth for you to believe in Holy Scripture, that you may be set free from satan's lies proliferated in his false so-called Christian churches.
