Semper Fi brother Marines! I was barely 18 when I took the Oath. Paris Island, for one of such a young age, leaves a life long impression. The two platoons that we started out with consisted of 180 women. On graduation day there were all but 60 of us that received our honors, I was proud to be among them. I am a veteran of what I believe, as the first of the many to follow, unjustified war; Vietnam. I believe that JFK was our last real president. I found GLP in 2007 and have been on this board ever since. It is my 'go to' for first news source. I am also a member of Oath Keepers and that is part of my backup, although lately GLP and OK have a lot of the identical threads ... LOL. From all the discussion, one can confidently conclude that our country is in dire trouble. I stand with my brothers and sisters in the Marine Corps and honor the Oath!
