Major Mistake in Patriots Civil Rights Lawsuit Filing!! Gurus didn't read carefully!!

I listened to Patriot gurus on Civil rights lawsuit 42 USC 1983, 42 USC 1984, and 42 USC 1985. I can say that these gurus don’t know what they talking about. The “person” under these statutes is either an infant, or a legal entity.
If you file against an adult and the defendant’s attorney told to the judge that this only applies to an infant and the defendant is an adult, your case will be dismissed on a technicality.
These federal civil rights lawsuit against an adult is only good if the other party don’t rebut the presumption the person is an infant or with an infant at the time of the violation.

I just demonstrated that if you did not graduate from law school, you don’t know the whole law. That why the attorneys and judges are right that you need an attorney to represent you in court. They see the mistakes in the patriot communities with lawsuits and interpretation of the law. A little mistake can get you into allot of trouble. If you did not go to law school, you won’t know the tricks in the law.
