Eventually profiling or geting a sample from a good majority of the population for their databases, I would guess...

So that one day they can match any sample, if not to a direct person, then to a familial match to narrow down any searches.

I suppose that they also didn't cross linked the dna samples to the driver's license plate...

Meher Baba’s mission of universal work was not limited by his silence. When Baba first began verbal silence in 1925, he told his disciples, Hear well my voice; you will not hear it for a long time [Family Letters, no. 70, p. 6]. Baba did not utter another physical word for the next forty-four years. When he was asked later why he kept silence, Baba explained that it was for several reasons: Firstly, I feel that through you all, I am talking eternally. Secondly, to relieve the boredom of talking incessantly through your forms, I keep silence in my personal physical form. And thirdly, because all talk in itself is idle talk. Lectures, messages, statements, discourses of any kind, spiritual or otherwise, imparted through utterances or writings are just idle talk when not acted upon or lived up to [Quoted in A.C.S. Chari, An Introductory Sketch on the Life and Work of Avatar Meher Baba (Calcutta, 1966), pp. 22-23].

Harvard giveth, Harvard taketh away. In the Sunday edition of the Boston Globe, the world will be astonished to note, LSD gets panned by none other than Allan Y. Cohen, teaching fellow in Social Relations, and one of the first and most militant of the psychedelic proseletyzers.

Cohen presents his credentials early in the article ("I have taken LSD many times"), and a note reveals that he spent some time at Timothy Leary and Richard Alpert's Castalia Foundation. But then, when the acid-heads know he's on their side of the chasm: pow.

"The use of psychedelic drugs is an energy-sapping addiction...and is inappropriate as a method for spiritual growth," writes Cohen. He indicts both LSD and marijuana.

Appeal to a Guru

The condemnation stems somewhat from the anti-drug pronouncement of one particularly well-thought-of Indian religious ascetic, Avatar Meher Baba. American psychedelists had appealed to this guru for spiritual advice even some journeying to India "forever," for "the Truth," as part of a widespread LSD-nick Orientalism. But it was ironic, Cohen writes, that, "encouraged by the apparent fit of the Eastern metaphors (for hallucinogenic mystical experiences), the psychedelic vanguard overlooked the fact that Eastern spiritual leaders had consistently dissuaded their disciples from using drugs for spiritual advancement."

You think Cohen is partially behind the DNA samples?

Within the last year or so there was an announcement in a science magazine to the affect that a dna sample in one lab had reacted to stimuli applied to another sample 0f the same dna in another lab over six hundred kilometers from the first. Some have said highly advanced science would appear as magic to those less advanced. THINK PINS IN THE VOODOO DOLL!

HAHA, yeah, that's true. Didn't think about that. So I wonder what they'd do if you DIDN'T give them permission? The lady in the video said she finally agreed to a breathalyzer just so she could leave. Wonder if they wouldn't let her leave.

But the Divine Wish changes according to the situation present when God comes down in human form. But when His Wish, expressed during the previous advent, takes the form of religion in the shape of rituals, ceremonies and traditions, duality becomes powerful, and God is forgotten.

Beloved Avatar Meher Baba has said, "I have not come to establish any religion, but I have come to bring all the religions together like beads on one string."

And it will happen. When Beloved Baba’s Universal Manifestation occurs, the external husk of religion will be shunned, and God as reality will be followed.

I know! This is such a violation of privacy in my opinion. Hell, at least in Alabama they offered $10 for a mouth swab and $50 for a blood sample. But STILL...no way I will offer up any part of my blood or DNA if I haven't done anything wrong or if I'm not donating for a GOOD cause.
