NASA'S VISION FOR WARFARE CIRCA 2025

On the 'Federation of American Scientists' website you can find a document, openly available to the public, which begins to explain where some of the $800billion a year defence budget is going.

It's a shortened version of a 113-slide presentation given by NASA in 2001 and covers topics such as;
* HOW TO EXPLOIT "CNN SYNDROME"
* MICRODUST WEAPONRY
* WHAT IS APPARENTLY "LEGAL"

If you find things like this difficult to believe then just go back to whatever you were doing before.

BUT

If you would like to see what the most powerful nation in the World's greatest minds gets up to in their spare time then download these documents.

Just don't blame me if you get picked up on your way home by some unmarked van driven by a Voldemort-looking dude in a black suit.

EDIT: I should probably add that this document is only a suggestion of the possibilities the technology advancements will bring about. It is the suggestions that they give that is most shocking (or not, depending on how you look at it).
