Just woke up from a real experience in someone else's body or life. WTH?

Hey,

I had nowhere to post and heard of this forum so I had to share this as this is the most bizarre experience I've had and I'm still wondering what the hell is going on or if I died or something.

Nobody is around me as I live alone and I can't tell people I know for fear of sounding crazy.

I went to bed early because I got about 5 hours sleep yesterday. In the middle of my 'dream' I was woken up. I thought I was in a hospital or something and that maybe I was injured in my sleep or some accident happened.

I woke up to 3 people surrounding me in white coats or long clothing. I couldn't see their faces. I was in a room on a table and the table had tubes coming out. Things were blurry as if I had woken up from a very deep sleep like my eyes were light sensitive. And I heard a tone of some kind like an EKG machine (I've been in a hospital on one so I know the sound). There was also a hum coming from the 'bed' I was on or around me.

As soon as my eyes opened I heard the voice of one of the people, a man I assume, say "I think he's awake" and another one rushed over to me and injected me with a device. I went through what felt like a tunnel and was 'zapped' awake back in my bed.

This was about 45 minutes ago and I'm still not clear on where I am or even if this is real. I feel like I died or saw something I shouldn't have. It was as real as my waking life. Not just a vivid dream.

I WAS somewhere else for 5-10 seconds. It felt as real as me typing this.

Has anyone ever heard of something like this? I'm seriously wondering if I'm dreaming still or on some loop.
