I firmly believe those that receive the medals will receive graces ..that is my belief..obviously its your choice..but it would be wonderful if you could share your experiences with the rest of us..to help promote the devotion to the Miraculous Medal

I was raised Catholic, but I have not been a practicing Catholic for years. I do consider myself a Christian and I am a very spiritual person, however I have found that most churches, at least where I am, are more interested in socializing and judging others, which, IMO, is not what it's about. I have friends of other religions, and have gone to services at those churches as well, and have found that some are not so very welcoming of "outsiders". So I just do my own thing on my own time. I know it sounds crazy, but I'm not one for large groups of people either.

Ive been to different denominations too..just to see...i love the Catholic Church.ive made many friends in other groups..but i tell them all...sorry..the Catholic Church is where i feel at home..the feeling of inner peace from being in the presence of the Holy Eucharist..

Each has his or her path..the C.C is my path..my home

I will ask the nuns if they will accept donations from you..thank you..if they do i will forward their address

Though i am not sure they will.They always refuse donations when i pick up the medals..they dont want any money..so i usually try to get them to accept by saying its for candles to the Blessed Mother...then sometimes they accept

i really like to underline the fact that they will not accept money..i have to insistwith them..they wouldnt accept...so i say its for flowers and or candles..

I like to stress this point because in my view so many have in my opinion an erronous idea of what the Catholic Church is like..

They dont hear of the selfless numerous people who serve others refusing compensation..just for service to God..like these nuns with the medals..a small but significant example

If you get to meet the people..snd not just listen to hearsay..you might be be pleasantly surprised.
I was a guest in a convent when student....they gave me a house to stay in at the convent ..in a beautiful cherry grove..because the landlady had kicked us all out..for a higher rent payer..i asked my confessor if he could help me..i had nowhere to go

It was a beautiful place..indefinite stay..till i found somewhere a room to rent

The nuns refused to be paid....

They did that for me..for free

During the 3 days of darkness, flashlights and other light sources will not work. A blessed object will give off supernatural light.... a handy thing to have.
